Please take time to complete an important survey that looks at the quality of service provided by the Surrey and North East Hampshire mental health out of hours crisis helpline delivered by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP).
The questionnaire has been devised by people with experience of mental distress and their carers, supported by SABP Focus Groups, local forums for service users and carers, the Stakeholder groups from the Surrey Local Implementation Team (LIT), NHS Surrey and Together, a national mental health charity.
