The official news brief for the Surrey Local Implementation Team (LIT) / New Horizon’s mental health steering group for Surrey.
The LIT was formed to oversee development and monitoring of the ten year plan, the ‘National Service Framework for mental health’.
With work concluded in 2009, the group has evolved into a mental health steering group for Surrey, looking specifically at the direction and implications for commissioning and providing services in line with the document ‘New Horizons – a Shared Vision for Mental Health’.
